Kannst Du Erfolg für Dich annehmen? Bist Du gewillt, Dich weit über Dein bisheriges Selbstbild hinaus zu entwickeln? Bist Du in der Lage, Deine Stärken, aber auch Deine Schwächen klar zu erkennen und bist Du bereit, daran zu arbeiten? Bist Du bereit, um Hilfe zu fragen? Bist Du bereit, Hilfe anzunehmen?
Can you accept success? Are you willing to develope beyond what you can imagine for yourself yet? Are you able to see your own strengths and weaknesses and are you willing to work on them? Are you willing to ask for help? And also, are you willing to accept help?

Und nun die einfachste, aber auch die wichtigste Frage von allen: Wenn Du alle oberen Fragen positiv beantwortet hast, meinst Du, dass Du sie alle mal beiseite schieben kannst und einfach LOSLEGEN kannst?
And the last and simplest but also most important one: if you answered all the above in a positive way, do you think you can forget about it all and just DO IT?

Bis jetzt habe ich in diesem Blog alle paar Zeilen zwischen Englisch und Deutsch gewechslt. Soll ich das so lassen oder würdet Ihr die BLogposts lieber in einer Sprache “am Stück” lesen?
Bitte teilt mir dazu Eure Meinung mit, ich will ja schließlich, dass meinen Lesern der Blog gefällt…!
Until today I’ve switched between English and German every couple of lines or so in this blog. Should I leave it that way or would you prefer to read the whole post in one piece per language? Please just give me your opinion on that, I aim to please my readers…!

You read it? Good. Let’s move on to Part 2.

Es gilt, über einige Dinge nachzudenken. Ich werde sie geschwind zusammenfassen und Dir dann meine Überlegungen dazu mit auf den Weg geben.
There are some more things to think about. I’ll sum them up real quick and then give you my thoughts about it.

Die Fragen sind: Akzeptiert oder unterstützt Deine “bessere Hälfte” Deine Pläne bezüglich Network Markteting? Bist Du eine gesprächige Person? Kannst Du aber auch einfach mal Dein Ego zur Seite schieben, still sein und anfangen, zuzuhören? Bist Du offen, gehst auf Leute zu und magst es, Menschen kennezulernen?
The questions are: Is your spouse accepting your plans regarding your Network Marketing and maybe even supporting you? Are you a talkative person? But also, can you put your ego aside, stop talking and start listening? Are you outgoing and do you like to connect with people and get to know them?

Wenn Du einen Partner oder eine Partnerin hast, die das was Du tust nicht gutheißen, hast Du einen laaaangen und eventuell harten Weg vor Dir. Denn nicht nur ist er oder sie derjenige, der Dich und Deine Entscheidungen täglich beeinflusst, sondern er oder sie kann auch derjenige sein, der Dich davon abhält, Geld für Weiterbildungen aufzuwenden die Du brauchst, um Erfolg zu haben.
If you have a spouse who doesn’t approve of what you’re doing, you might have a long road ahead. Because not only is he or she the one who influences you and your decisions on a daily basis, but also he or she might be one who will try to stop you from spending the money on the education you need to succeed.

Er oder sie könnte auch versuchen, Dich davon abzuhalten Zeit für den Geschäftsaufbau aufzuwenden, so dass dadurch ein Erfolgsmangel entsteht. Und am Ende kommt das: “Ich hab’s Dir doch gesagt, stimmts!?!”
He or she might also try to keep you from spending the time you need to build your business, thus creating a lack of success and the final “I told you so, didn’t I!?!”

Vielleicht hast Du abe auch einen Partner oder eine Partnerin, der oder die Dich unterstützt. Das ist einfach – beser kann es gar nicht kommen! Falls das nicht der Fall ist, schau wieder hier vorbei, ich werde im Laufe der Zeit Tips dazu geben, wie man damit geschickt umgehen kann.
But maybe you have a spouse who supports you. That’s simple – it doesn’t get better than that!
If you don’t – come back here and I’ll give you some hints and tips about how to effectively deal with that.

Über das Sprechen. Naja, das ist eine klare Sache: wenn Du mit Leuten reden kannst, kannst Du erfolgreich sein. Wenn Du effektiv sprechen kannst, kannst Du erfolgreicher sein. Und wenn Du es lernst, hervorragend zu kommunizieren, hast Du alles was es braucht um “stinkreich” zu werden, um eine der erfolgreichsten Frauen in unserer Branche zu zietieren, Kim Klaver (Sie ist diejenige, die “Frau Hengst” genannt wurde in Bezug auf ihren Erfolg…noch Fragen?!?)
Now, about talking. Well, that’s a no-brainer: if you can talk to people you can be successful. If you can talk effectively, you can be more successful. And if you train yourself to be an outstanding communicator, you have all means to be “filthy stinking rich”, to quote one of the higly successful women in our industry, Kim Klaver (she’s the one called “Miss Stud” – any questions?!?).

Oh, Du bist aber gar nicht gut in Bezug auf Kommunikation? Dann hast Du die Wahl: entweder Du verschreibst Dich dem Erfolg, holst Dir an Ausbildung oder Training was Du brauchst und wirst gut – oder aber Du sagst Dir: “Ach nee, den Zeitaufwand ist es mir nicht wert, da schau ich lieber meine tägliche Serie!”
Oh, you’re not good at communication? Then you’ve got two choices: either you commit to your success, get the training and become good – or you just say “Nah, that’s not worth my time, I’d rather watch my daily sopa opera instead!”

Wenn Deine Wahl auf Option Nummer eins gefallen ist, melde Dich bei mir. Es ist lernbar. Punktum.
Wenn Deine Wahl auf Option Nummer zwei gefallen ist, auch gut. Aber dann komm nicht und beschwer Dich, dass Du keinen Erfolg hast.
If you’re with option one, contact me. It’s learnable. Period.
If you’re with option two, that’s fine, too. But then don’t come whining about not being successful.

Was mich wiederum zum nächsten Punkt führt: Zuhören. Auch ein Teil von Kommunikation. Du willst ein herausragender “Kommunikator” werden? Dann hör besser zu, was die Leute Dir erzählen. Du wirst überrascht sein WAS GENAU sie Dir alles erzählen. Ihre Träume, ihre Ziele, ihre Vorlieben und Abneigungen. Alles hervorrgendes Material für Dich, um darauf hinzuarbeiten, sie als Kunden, Teampartner oder Kontakt-Referenz zu gewinnen. Wie es so schön heißt: “Du wurdest mit ZWEI Ohren geschaffen, aber nur mit EINEM Mund, also hör auch doppelt so viel (und doppelt so gut) zu, wie Du redest!”
And that leads me to the next issue: Listening. It’s part of communication. You wanna be an outstanding communicator? Start listening more closely to what people are telling you. You might be surprised WHAT EXACTLY they tell you! Their dreams, their goals, their sorrows, their likes and their dislikes. All of which make GREAT material for you to work with in regards to getting this person as a customer, prospect or reference source! As they say: “You were made with TWO ears, but only ONE mouth, so listen twice as much (and more closely) as you talk!”

Weißt Du, es gibt noch eine GROßARTIGE Lady in unserer Branche, Jackie Ulmer. Auf, such nach ihr. Wirklich, mach es!
In einem ihrer Trainingsvideos (eigentlich in etlichen davon) sagt sie, dass wir nicht nur in einer “High Tech” Branche arbeiten, sonder vor allem auch in einer Branche mit vielen Berührungspunkten zu Menschen. Und das bedeutet ganz einfach, dass man die Leuten persönlich sprechen oder treffen muss, um Erfolg zu haben. Geh offline, schalt den Computer aus. Telefonier mit den Leuten. Triff sie. Misch Dich unter die Leute. Hab SPAß!
See, there’s another GREAT lady in our industry, Jackie Ulmer. Go, look her up. Really, do it! In one of her training videos (actually in a couple of them) she says that we’re not only in a “High Tech” but also in a “High Touch” business! And this simply means that you need to actually get in touch with people to have success in this industry. Get offline. Call them. Meet them. Socialize with them. Have FUN!

Es werden nur Leute bei Dir als Kunde oder Teampartner einsteigen, die Dir vertrauen. Und die meisten Leute vertrauen Dir nur, wenn sie Dich kennen. Also, lern sie kennen und lass sie Dich kennenlernen!
Only people who trust you are going to join your ranks, be it as a customer or as a teampartner. And most people trust only when they know. So get to know them and get them to know you.

Und ich WETTE, Du hast schon sowas gehört wie: “Das ist total einfach, NATÜRLICH schaffst Du das!” Stimmt’s?
And I BET you’ve heard something like: “It’s easy, OF COURSE you can do it!!!” Right?

Es gibt einige Fragen, die Du Dir selbst stellen solltest (davon ausgehend, dass Du weißt was MLM oder Network Marketing bedeutet und wie dieses Geschäftsmodell funktioniert):
There’re a couple of questions you should be asking yourself (assuming you know what MLM or Network Marketing means and how the system works):

1.: Was willst DU mit diesem MLM erreichen? / What do YOU want to achieve with this MLM?

Sind das nur die paar Kröten die DU brauchst, damit am Ende vom Geld nicht mehr soviel Monat übrig bleibt und sich die Gereiztheit Deiner Besseren Hälfte gegen Ende des Monats nicht bis ins Unermessliche steigert?
Is it that couple of bucks you need so you don’t have that much month left at the end of the money and the tension with your better half won’t peak towards the end of the month?

Oder willst Du endlich mit Deiner Familie diesen Traumurlaub machen, ohne Dein Konto zu überziehen?
Or do you want to go on your dream vacation with your family without maxing out your credit card?

Vielleicht willst Du einfach nur etwas sinnvolles tun, also Deinen Tag nützlich verbringen anstatt nur vor dem Fernseher dahinzuvegetieren.
Or do you just want to do something that “makes sense” aka lets you spend your time in a useful way instead of just vegetating in front of your TV?

Vielleicht möchtest Du Deinen alten Beruf an den Nagel hängen, weil Dir der Blödsinn, den Dein Chef jeden Tag verzapft, schon zu den Ohren rauskommt?
Or do you want to quit your old job because you’re just tired of the crap your boss is giving you every single day?

Vielleicht hast Du aber auch ganz andere Gründe…!?!
Or any other reason…!?!

2.: Wieviel Zeit und Arbeit bist Du gewillt und in der Lage, in Dein Vorhaben zu stecken – und für wie lange würdest Du diesen Extra-Aufwand betreiben – auch ohne gleich Ergebnisse zu sehen? /
2.: How much time and effort are you willing and able to put into this endeavor – and how long are you willing to do that extra work – without seeing results?

Manche Leute nennen dieses Geschäft reines “Rechenspiel”, und das ist auch wahr – aber es ist nicht die ganze Wahrheit.
There are people who call it a “numbers game” which is true – but it’s not the whole truth.

Einige der Zahlen, bei denen es bei diesem Spiel ankommt (davon ausgehen dass Dein Ziel in irgendeiner Weise mit Geld zu tun hat) sind folgende:
Some of the numbers (assuming your goal is in any way financial) that matter are:

Was ist Dein finanzielles Ziel?
Wieviele “Durchschnittskunden” brauchst Du, um dieses Ziel (Gewinn) zu erreichen?
Wie kommst Du an diese “Durchschnittskunden?
Wieviel Zeit brauchst Du dafür?
Wieviele Tage/Wochen/Jahre wirst Du unter diesen Voraussetzungen brauchen, um Dein Ziel zu erreichen?
What is your financial goal?
How many “average customers” do you need to achieve your financial goal?
How do you find one of those “average customers”?
How much time does that take you?
How many days/weeks/months/years will it take you to reach your goal?

Und dann stell Dir die Gretchenfrage: Bist Du gewillt, so lange dafür zu arbeiten? Hast Du es in Deiner Vergangenheit schonmal geschafft, über eine so lange Zeitspanne bei einer Sache zu bleiben und regelmäßig alles zu tun was getan werden musste, auch wenn es manchmal einfach überhaupt keine Spaß gemacht hat?
And then again ask yourself the question: Are you willing to work this long? In your past, have you ever stuck to something for a period of time that long, consistently doing “that thing” even if it wasn’t fun sometimes?

Hey everybody, I know that it’s been awfully quiet in the past couple of days/weeks…

Das hatte gute Gründe: meine Frau hatte gesundheitliche Probleme, die nicht besser geworden sind, so dass sie gestern sogar eine kleinere Operation hatte.

There’s a good reason for that: my wife has had health problems that forced her to even have a minor surgery procedure done just yesterday.

An alle, die das gewusst haben und uns unterstützt haben, egal ob mit guten Wünschen, aufmunternden Worten, Gebeten oder dabei, das alles mit unseren Jungs unter einen Hut zu kriegen: DANKE!!!!! Ihr seid die Besten!!!

To all of you who knew about that and helped us, with the best wishes, with cheering us up, with prayers or helping us handling the boys: THANKS SO MUCH!!! You’re the best!!!

Hey everybody, as you all can see the beat goes on!

Ich möchte mit euch allen etwas teilen, von dem ich schon seit JAHREN weiß, dass es einfach stimmt, das ich aber gerade vor 2 Minuten mal wieder für mich entdeckt habe als ich das unten verlinkte Video von Eric Worre gesehen habe.

Wanted to share something with you that I’ve known to be true for YEARS now…but just re-discovered about 2 minutes ago,  as I just watched http://networkmarketingpro.com/2009/09/28/nmpro-148-the-secret-to-confidence-confidence-confidence/

Wie ihr ja sehen könnt spreche ich ganz offensichtlich mindestens mal zwei Sprachen, mit Deutsch als Muttersprache und Englisch, das ich für mich als “zweite Muttersprache” ansehe, obwohl ich keine englischen Wurzeln habe.

As you can clearly see I speak at least two languages, German being my mother tongue and English, which I consider my “second mother tongue”, without having any english roots though.

Wie manche von euch vielleicht wissen, ist meine Frau eine staatlich geprüfte Übersetzerin für Englisch und Spanisch.

What some of you might know is that my wife is a state tested translator for English and Spanish.

Immer mal wieder, wenn wir über etwas sprechen, das mit Sprachen zu tun hat, beschwert sie sich, dass sie Englisch schlechter verstehen und sprechen würde als ich.

Every time we speak about something that has to do with languages she complains about her being worse at understanding and speaking English.
Und jedes Mal erkläre ich ihr, dass ihr lediglich die Übung fehlt. Sie hat die Sprache STUDIERT! Sie ist immer und immer wieder getestet worden, immer wieder bis an ihre Grenzen und darüber hinaus gebracht worden! Sie IST gut. Sie spricht WIRKLICH besser (britisches) Englisch als ich.

And every time I tell her that she’s just lacking training! She has STUDIED the language! She has been tested over and over again, always gotten pushed to her limits and then some! She IS good. She DOES speak a better (British) English than I do.

Der Unterschied ist, dass ich tägliche Übung habe! Ich höre mir Audios auf Englisch an, ich schaue Videos auf Englisch, ich lese englische Bücher und so weiter und so weiter.

The difference is though that I have daily practise! I listen to audios in English, I watch videos in English, I read English books and so on and so on.

Und jetzt mal zu Dir – was machst Du? Tust Du was nötig ist um in jeglicher Art von Beschäftigung gut zu werden? Tust Du es immer wieder und wieder und wieder und wieder und wieder und wieder?

Now, what do you do? Do you do the tasks neccessary to succeed in ANY kind of occupation to become good?  Do you do them over and over and over and over and over and over again?

Denk dran dass es heißt: Man braucht bei allem, bei dem man PERFEKT werden will, 10 000 Stunden Übung!

That’s what they say: You need 10.000 hours to become PERFECT at anything.

Also – tu es. Ohne “aber”, ohne “was wenn”. Tu es einfach. Immer wieder und wieder und wieder und…Du weißt schon. Viel Erfolg!

So – do it. No “buts”, no “ifs”. Just do it. Over and over and over and… you got it. To success!

Everyone of us has heard this statement already: “For us the customer is king!”

Wer Verkäufer ist oder zumindest damit zu tun hat, umwirbt den Kunden, preist die Vorzüge der Produkte an und versucht auch sonst alles, damit König Kunde genau das bleibt, was er ist – ein Kunde.

Any salesperson or anyone who has to do with sales in any way courts the customer, praises the advantages of the products and does anything that needs to be done so king customer stays exactly what he is -  a customer.

In Multilevel Marketing ist das ein wenig anders. Wir tun genau das Gleiche, was ich oben beschrieben habe – und hoffen, dass der Kunde nicht nur Kunde bleibt.

In Multilevel Marketing it’s a little different. We do anything I described above – and hope that the customer doesn’t stay only a customer.

Was kann also wichtiger sein, als jemanden zum Kunden zu haben? Ganz einfach: einen zufriedenen Kunden oder einen Interessenten zum Teampartner zu machen. Das ist der “Heilige Gral” im MLM, der Teampartner, der in dem einen oder anderen Interessenten oder Kunden steckt.

Now, what can be more important than having someone as a customer? Simple: turning a satisfied customer OR a prospect to a teampartner. That’s the “Holy Grail” in MLM, the teampartner that is within one or another of our customers or prospects.

Aber im Gegensatz zum Heiligen Gral kann der Teampartner gefunden werden – je zufriedener der Kunde ist, desto leichter. Ähnliches gilt für einen Interessenten: je neugieriger er ist, desto einfacher. Darüber, wie das geht werde ich in meinen nächsten Posts sprechen…also bleibt am Ball!

But in contrast to the Holy Grail the teampartner actually can be found – the more satisfied the customer is, the easier. Similar with the prospect: the more curious he or she is, the easier it gets. I will talk about the “how-to” in my next postings..so stay tuned in!

die Frage stellt sich zurecht: Worum geht es hier eigentlich?

Wirklich, worum geht es in diesem Blog eigentlich?

the question is being asked, and rightfully so: What is this here actually about?

Really, what is this blog about?

Natürlich geht es um MLM. Und es geht um Erfolg. Aber wie bringt man diese beiden zusammen?

Sure, it’s about MLM. And it’s about success. But how put that together?

Für mich ist das einfach. Ich weiß, dass man mit harter Arbeit in Verbindung mit einem gewissen Maß an Cleverness in fast jedem Beruf gutes Geld verdienen kann. Das ist kein Geheimnis.

For me it’s simple. I know that with hard work combined with a bit of clevernes one can earn good money in almost every profession. That’s no secret.

Aber das ist nicht das, was ich will. Was ich WIRKLICH will ist das: Ich bin bereit, hart zu Arbeiten, aber ich will mehr als nur “gutes Geld” verdienen. Ich will, dass die Belohnungen groß, der Bonus unglaublich und das Einkommen unverschämt hoch sind. Ja, das hast Du ganz richtig gelesen.

But that’s not what I want. What I DO want is this: I’m willing to work hard, but I want to earn more than just “good money”. I want the rewards to be great, the incentives to be awesome and the income to be obscene. Yes, you read that right.

MLM ist ein Werkzeug, das mich dorthin bringt, ein Transportmittel wie es mein guter Freund Paul Klaszus heute Abend erst wieder gesagt hat.

MLM is a tool, a vehicle like my good friend Paul Klaszus just put it tonight.

Es ist eine Geschäftsform, die all das gerade erwähnte bieten kann – wenn Du gewillt bist Dein Bestes zu geben und tatsächlich zu ARBEITEN.

It’s an industry that can provide all the above – if you’re willing to give your best and actually WORK.

Eric Worre hat es in einem seiner Videos folgendermaßen ausgedrückt: “Das Geheimnis” zu Erfolg liegt darin, sich den Ar… aufzureißen! Gib Dir fünf Jahre Zeit. Oder wie es auch heißt: Du brauchst 10 000 Stunden um bei dem was Du machst nicht nur gut, sondern unglaublich gut zu werden! Also, TUE 10 000 Stunden lang wirklich das, was getan werden muss und Du kannst Dich zu Recht Profi nennen!

As Eric Worre put it in one of his videos: “The Secret” to success is to work your butt off! Give it 5 years. Or as they say: you need 10.000 hours to become not only good at what you’re doing, but awesome! So, 10.000 hours of actually DOING what needs to be done and you can rightfully call yourself a pro!

Es bleibt die Frage: Willst Du ein Profi werden und auch das verdienen, was ein Profi verdient? Oder willst Du weiterhin das Network Marketing Spiel “spielen”. Denk mal drüber nach!

So the question remains: do you want to become a pro and earn the money a pro earns? Or do you want to go on and only  “play” the Network Marketing Game? Food for thought here!

Attention, LOOOONG Post!!!

Jeder, der mit MLM und Network Marketing zu tun hat, bekommt früher oder später zu hören, dass seine oder ihre Methoden doch “total veraltet” und “überholt sind”. Da gibt es viiiiiel bessere Methoden, Interessenten zu gewinnen, Onlinepräsentationen statt persönlicher Treffen anzubieten und so weiter…aber was eigentlich ist Dein eigener Stil???

Anybody who’s involved with MLM or Network Marketing will sooner or later hear that his or her methods are “totally outdated” and not any longer “state-of-the-art”. There are waaaaay better ways to get leads or like online presentations instead of the old-fashioned personal meetings and so on…but what exactly is your own syle??

Ich selbst habe meine Mentorin am Anfang einige Male gefragt, wie ich denn was machen soll, wessen Stil ich kopieren könnte und wessen Art Geschäfte zu machen denn die erfolgreichste für mich sein könnte. Ihre Antwort hat mich damals etwas frustriert – “Sei einfach Du selbst!” Na toll. Aber irgendwann hat es “klick” gemacht…

Back in the beginning of my own MLM career, a couple of times I asked my mentor how I should do what, who’s style I could copy and what way of doing the business would be the best for me. Her answer was kind of frustrating – “Just be yourself!” Yeah right. But the day came when it made “click” in my mind…

Schnitt. Spule einige Jahre vorwärts. Nach dem intensiven Studium verschiedener Materialien von Tim Sales (“Professional Inviter”) und Kim Klaver (“Wenn mein Produkt so genial ist, warum kann ich es dann nicht verkaufen?”) fiel mir auf, dass beide EXTREM erfolgreich waren und sind – und das mit teilweise genau entgegengesetzten Arbeitsweisen.

Cut. Fast forward a couple of years. After the thorough study of material from both Tim Sales (“Professional Inviter”) and Kim Klaver (“If my product’s so great how come I can’t sell it?”), one fact caught my attention. Both of them were extremely successful yet had (in parts) a totally different approach and style.

Nach einem Gespräch mit meinem guten Freund Paul Klaszus über Führung und persönliche Entwicklung ist mir folgendes aufgegangen:

Es gibt Leute, die sehr gut darin sind, Telefonate mit Fremden zu führen (das kann man übrigens lernen, damit ist niemand geboren). Die kaufen dann sogenannte Leads und telefonieren sie ab. Es gibt andere Leute, die nur mit Freunden und Verwandten sprechen wollen, weil sie sich nicht trauen, mit Fremden über geschäftliches zu reden. Es gibt Leute, die nur online arbeiten, andere nur offline, manche wollen in ihrem eigenen Ort starten, andere lieber dort wo man sie nicht kennt, manche schreiben liebend gerne (Blogs, Artikel und Ähnliches), andere wiederum machen lieber Videos. Diese Liste könnte ich noch lange weiter führen, weil es unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten gibt, Erfolg in diesem Geschäft zu haben.

After a conversation with my good friend Paul Klaszus about leadership and pesonal developement it dawned to me:

There are people who’re absolutely comfortable with talking to complete strangers (which is something that can be learned btw). Those are the ones who buy  leads and do the numbers. There are others who only want to talk to friends and relatives because they don’t feel comfortable talking business with strangers. There are people who want to work online only, others offline only, some want to start in their own city and others prefer to go where noone knows them, some love writing articles or blogs while others prefer to shoot videos and so on. I could go on like this for quite a while because there’re so many different options to be successful in this business!

Bei all dem sind die folgenden Sachen am wichigsten:

Fang mit dem an, womit DU SELBST Dich wohl fühlst. Baue diese Fähigkeiten aus und arbeite damit. Wenn Dein Mentor genauso tickt wie Du (also die gleiche Arbeitsweise bevorzugt), arbeite mit ihm oder ihr zusammen. Wenn nicht, tu es trotzdem, lerne aber auch von anderen! Schau Dich um! Und wenn Du nicht weißt was für Dich passen würde und niemanden hast, den Du fragen kannst, frag mich, ich helf Dir gerne.

Und das wichtigste überhaupt: GIB NICHT AUF!

Die Zahlen mit wie vielen Leuten man im Schnitt sprechen muss, um einen Kunden oder einen Teampartner zu gewinnen sind bekannt. Und damit musst Du arbeiten, Du magst wollen oder nicht.

With all this, the following are the most important facts to keep in mind:

Start with what is comfortable for YOURSELF! Expand those abilities and work with them. If your mentor has the same approach, work with him or her. If not, do it anyway but also learn from others. Look around! And if you don’t have anyone to help you, ask me, I’ll gladly help!

And the most important thing of all: DON’T GIVE UP!

The numbers of how many people you need to approach to find a customer or a teampartner are known, at least on average. And you have to work with those, like it or not.
